Oh my silly me

So, I was laughing today as I repaired my skirt.  Last week as I was getting ready for my portrait studio event with the Mount Olive Baptist Church I did something very "Cynthia Rauch" tomboy.  I got dressed early in the day so I'd be ready to walk out the door.  My skirt had crochet tassels and I went to "finish one more job" before I left to go Reid Hospital to photography portraits for the church family and their pastor.  As I grabbed the leaf blower, I had my skirt sucked up in the the shaft and the more I bent down the tighter it got.  (We have a back pack leaf blower, I was not thinking about the ramifications of the hand held electric one, though I did learn its pretty strong.)  So, I had to carry the leaf blower into the house, attached to my skirt and get undressed.  But I had enough time to go to a place where I said, "I have an unusual job and should get a price quote before you start the job."  Showed them my skirt and they died laughing.  I had met the guys a few times for other repairs.  I just said, "See told you I was kind of a tom boy.  Kind of forgot I was dressed up for the day"  Needless to say, they did not charge me and had great stories to share with their wives.  "Honey, I had to get a gals skirt out of the leaf blower today"  Interesting.

Your bestest turdnugget - hahaha you said I left to go reid hospital to photography portraits I believe you should've said I left to go to Reid Hospital to photograph portraits..... :)

my skirt get sucked up in the the shaft.... :)
