How much time does a client need to give you to successfully prepare and photograph a wedding?

I remember an interview with Josh Groban.  He was asked, "Were you nervous?"  It was the first time he sang with Celion Dion.  He said, "No after years of training you don't say yes unless you're prepared. I was prepared."

Three times I've had a soon to be bride call frantic saying their wedding was in 2 weeks.  "They're sorry could you help us?" 

In each of these situations I made myself available.

My husband and I have been married now for 32 years. With the joys and sorrows,  I pray these couples experience the same longevity.  

I was there to capture their wedding! I get excited for my brides and the groomsmen! Weddings are beautiful!
